Hospitals and clinics often run clinical and admin work on separate tools that do not talk to each other.
MedicaOS puts the whole facility in one place, with real-time updates across screens, role-based access and a separate database for each hospital. I built the Next.js frontend.

Day, week and month calendars with in-person, telehealth and hybrid bookings.
Patients, pharmacy and beds
Patient records, prescriptions, dispensing and drug stock, and bed assignment and occupancy.
Roster and team
Staff scheduling with shift swaps, department to-dos and chat tied to patients or departments.
